At Pippi´s Summer hotel in beautiful Småland county there is plenty to see and do. We have our own children´s farm with small animals. Kids can take a spin around our little track in battery-powered mini-cars. We even have canoes for rent.

Pippi´s Summer hotel is less then 2 kilometers from Astrid Lindgren´s World and about 1 kilometer from the center of the charming old town of Vimmerby. This is a fine base for excursions and there are also numerous fine bathing lakes in the area.

We can offer you transportation. It cost 120 SEK per 6 miles (10 km).

The River "Stångån" (length around 150 km) Ösjön - Linköping. You can start your canoetrip freom here or from another place. We have maps that you can borrow.
